By using QSO Study, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Educational purpose
QSO Study is an independent educational tool for preparing for FCC amateur-radio license examinations. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the FCC, and using it does not guarantee that you will pass an examination or receive a license. Always follow current FCC rules and the instructions of your examination team.
Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your password, and activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You may use guest study without creating an account, but browser changes or cleared cookies can make guest progress unavailable.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- interfere with, overload, probe, or bypass the service’s security;
- use automated access in a way that harms the service or other learners;
- impersonate another person or misuse another person’s account;
- submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing content; or
- use QSO Study in violation of applicable law.
Question pools and contributed material
Official examination questions remain subject to their respective source terms. If you submit explanations, corrections, or feedback, you give QSO Study permission to store, review, edit, and display that material for operating and improving the service. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.
Availability and changes
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features, content, and these terms may change, and service may occasionally be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, QSO Study is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
